Payments and account management for our Services are processed through our affiliated platform at https://insightcoachpro.com, powered by Insight CoachPro. By accessing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised terms. The Fueling Tool provides a nutrition and fueling calculator application designed for endurance athletes and coaches. Our Services may not be available in all jurisdictions. 6. Subscriptions

Certain access plans are available as recurring subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at insightcoachpro.com. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for any of the following purposes: - Any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account. - Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services. - Scraping, reverse engineering, or reproducing our application or data without permission. - Using the Services in any manner that could harm, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE FUELING TOOL DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, NUTRITIONAL, OR HEALTH ADVICE. ALL CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON INFORMATION FROM OUR SERVICES.

17. Limitations of Liability
